I finally got to get my new dancing choo’s on. I know it’s completely acceptable to wear Jimmy Choo’s on the school run and to the supermarket but as to not shame the other mum’s 😉 i thought i’d give them a big night out for their first outing.

I just love my neon Jimmy Choo Lance Sandal. They really are perfect for the summer. I always see shoes a bit like a car the better the design the more comfortable and longer lasting and i live by that rule when it comes to shoes. It’s nice to have that special staple pair that you know you’ll never get bored off and get good wear out of.

I love my nails this week. Using nails inc portobello which is such a vibrant neon orange and MAC quiet time being a rich mink nude shade, together they make a gorgeous coupling in this nail design.
The gold stud and glitter add that extra bit of jazz to them.
Perfect for a special occasion but inspired by the glamour of Indian brides and their vibrancy.
What opposite colors do you like on your nails as a combination we’d love to know.

You can’t help but love the attraction of an all black evening outfit. We’ve all got that little LBD in the wardrobe thats our ‘safe’ outfit for a night out. Black as we all know is the most versatile shade anyone can wear but its always important to add that extra style to really get the heads turning.
TOP, SKIRT AND BELT ALL FROM H&M
HAT FROM TOPHSOP
SHOES KURT KEIGER
NECKLACE AND WRIST CUFF FROM MATALAN
I Love this outfit, Kelly most certainly pulls of this Stevie Nicks (my all time icon) style of fashion. The hat makes a great centre piece and totally adds that gorgeous relaxed but chic edge to the full length skirt and black top.
The accessories break it all up really well and finish the look of. Statement pieces with a simple effectiveness not taking attention away from the gorgeous hat.
Wedges are ideal with full length skirt or dress as they don’t catch the bottom like a high heel would. These beauties from Kurt Geiger have the amazing leopard print with that splash of neon colour Still keeping in with spring summer trends.
We hope you had an amazing bank holiday weekend. We’re already counting down until the next one.

I love this Nars Schiap lipstick. It’s a gorgeous pop matte pink. Looks great with a classic winged eyeliner for a nice glammed day look.
Happy Saturday guys

I dont want to keep banging on about the weather but i’m seriously getting fed up looking at my summer dress’ and not being able to wear them. It’s getting boring now!!
So today i decided i’m just going to crack on and start wearing summer clothes, you never know it might even tempt out the sun!! or not!!
DRESS FROM TOPSHOP
ARMANI JEANS DENIM JACKET
This dress has everything i love about topshop fashion. Print and colours hitting every trend in one simple summer garment. Thats why it needs to be worn whatever the weather. I love the gold yellow with the purple and black leopard print and the back of this dress really sets it aside from your normal skater look dress.
My Armani denim jacket I’ve had for 13 years. It comes back out every summer and has never ever dated. It is getting a little bit worn out now but there’s still style left in the old jacket yet. Through the years i’ve alway somehow worn it different. Collar up, down, buttoned up, left open, sleeves rolled up or just down. Lately I’ve been just leaving collar up and putting a necklace round, puts a different spin on it and makes it a feature piece of the outfit rather than just a jacket.
The Little umbrella earrings i thought were quite apt! There’s something quite vintage about them and very British.
Do you all feel the same as me that it’s time to wear some summer garms before its autumn or are you still feeling the warmer clothes? We’d love to know.

It’s that time of year and at the moment most of my bookings are for girls going to their proms.
When i was 16 my make up bag consisted of a Rimmel powder, Heather shimmer lipstick and a yellow shimmery eye shadow!! (funnily enough i have no photo evidence!)
Things have really changed the last 15 years and now with girls being more inspired by celebrity lifestyle and their make up looks it seem’s having your make up professionally done is a must have part of the prom night experience.
Here are some of the popular prom and special occasion make up look’s.
ASIAN BRIDE INSPIRED MAKE UP
COLOURED SMOKEY EYE’S
DARK STRONG GLITTER SMOKEY EYE
It’s always good to have a good play with make up and on a special occasion it’s nice to try and go out of your comfort zone.
Big thank you to Araminta who i’m always using as a guinea pig with trying out new products and looks, Emma and Charlotte.
What are your favourite eye looks for special occasions?
